LIFT USAGE
SAFETY BLUE BOX constantly monitors some of the parameters of the operating status of the lifts operation. Analyzes the wear data of certain components of the system, signaling the anomalies.
LIFT PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
The SAFETY BLUE BOX automatically reports potential problems in progress within the lift, in real time, to the maintenance personnel, or the presence of anomalies that can lead to a going out of service.
PEOPLE ANNOYANCE:
SAFETY BLUE BOX detects vibrations in the three dimensions, even those produced by the human activity (operation of industrial machines, road and rail traffic, building site activities) that can cause disturbance and stress to the residents. By measuring the intensity and frequency of the source of noise, it is possible to verify a possible overcoming of disturbance thresholds, in accordance withUNI9614:2017 and ISO2631/1:1997.
BUILDING INTEGRITY:
The triaxial accelerometers of the SAFETY BLUE BOX sensors detect the vibrations that can induce cosmetic damage to the building such as cracks, fissures, plaster detachment. In this way the non-structural damage threshold is monitored, in accordance with , defined by law UNI9916:2014 and ISO4866:2010.
BUILDING DRIFT:
The SAFETY BLUE BOX detects the maximum and residual inclination of the building caused by external agents that induce an oscillation. Analysing the data, it assesses the risk associated to any potential structural failure.
BASEMENT ACCELERATION
The SAFETY BLUE BOX monitors the effect of earthquakes, industrial and construction vibrations: all movements that typically propagate in the ground and that can be of danger as induced by accelerations at the base of the building.

BUILDING LOGBOOK:
The SAFETY BLUE BOX keeps track of the full history of the building's structural response in the event of strains ordinary or extraordinary stresses. It is a real black box of the building. It can facilitate and accelerate the verification of post-event building usability.

The SAFETY BLUE BOX can issue periodic reports or real time notifications available from PC and/or a smartphone. The data consultation of provides an objective evidence of the presence of situations of disturbance or risk and provides enough information to perform extraordinary maintenance work.
